This is our third trip to, in and around Sriharikota which was organised by Traveldeck after Hampi and Gujarat. Itinerary

Day 1Mysore

Pick up from the airport and proceed to Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatna (Dariya Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, Tippu Fort and Ranganathaswamy Temple). Check-in to the hotel on arrival. Later visit Maharaja Palace. In the evening, proceed to Brindavan Gardens. Overnight stay.

Day 2Ooty

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Chamundi Hill & Big Bull. In the afternoon proceed to Ooty. Check into the hotel on arrival. Evening visit Botanical Gardens & Ooty Lake. Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 3 Ooty

After breakfast Coonoor Sightseeing (Sim’s Park, Lam’s Rock, Dolphin Nose, Tea factory and tea gardens) and Doddabetta Peak. Overnight stay at Coonor.

Day 4Kodaikanal

After breakfast, check out and drive to Kodaikanal. Check into the hotel on arrival. Visit Cookers, Green Valley View, and the lake in the evening. Overnight stay in Kodaikanal.

Day 5Kodaikanal

After breakfast, explore Pillar’s Rocks Silent Valley View, and Silver Cascade Falls. Overnight stay.

Day Coimbatore

After breakfast checkout and proceed to Coimbatore to board your train or flight.

Owing to its proximity to the western coast, Karnataka is quite humid during Summer from April to June. While coastal regions are hotter, hill stations are relatively mild. In fact, this is because the right time to visit Karnataka depends on the time of the year and the destination you’re traveling to. Some regions receive heavy rainfall during the monsoon season from July to September. However, if you want to experience trekking in places like Anthargange, or see the picturesque Jog Falls there’s never a better time than the monsoons.
