REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your Booking with us, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us 90 days prior to the Travel date. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Vouchers

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of booking.
