Board an evening Volvo from Delhi around 06:00 PM. From Delhi to Bhunter, it takes around 12 to 13 hours by car. Overnight drive.
Upon arrival at Bhunter, assistance will be provided at Bhunter and a transfer to Kasol will be provided by a small car. Arrive in Kasol and check into your hotel/camp. Spend some time at leisure at your hotel/camp and visit the small village near Kasol. En route to Chalal, explore ‘Little Amsterdam’, the lanes of Kasol lined with vibrant souvenir shops and Israeli cafes on your own. Evening at the hotel/camp.
Post breakfast the Kheerganga trek begins from Kasol, situated on the banks of the serene Parvati river. We start the day by driving from our hotel/camp to Barshaini by car. This is the point of confluence of the Parvati and Tosh Rivers. We begin hiking from this point. This hike is known for its majestic views of the Himalayas, many small waterfalls on the side, and the quaint Himalayan villages of Kalga and Pulga. After reaching the green meadow of Kheerganga, take a refreshing dip in the hot springs to wash off the fatigue of the journey. Overnight at camp.
Awaken to magnificent views of the Himalayan peaks, and we strongly recommend taking a quick walk to enjoy the unmatched beauty of the Himalayas. Have breakfast at camp and post breakfast we descend back to Kasol. Reach Barshani and drive back to Kasol and further to Bhunter to board the evening Volvo service to Delhi.
